Meet Dr. Martin Rabinovich, Board Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Rabinovich grew up in Marlboro, in central Monmouth County. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University, his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, and his orthodontic and dentofacial orthopedics residency plus Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Colorado. His residency included extensive work with cleft lip and palate patients through Children's Hospital Colorado.
He is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Board certification is a voluntary credential held by roughly one in three practicing orthodontists. The process requires submitting finished cases for peer review. For families looking at cost-effective orthodontic care, the credential matters because it reflects extra training without adding to the treatment price.
What Braces Actually Cost (and How We Make It Workable)
Honest cost conversation. Braces costs vary by case complexity, treatment type, and treatment length. We don't publish a fixed price range because the actual cost depends on what your case needs — but here is exactly what happens at the consultation:
- You bring your insurance card(or call us ahead with policy details). We run a benefits check before the consultation, so you walk in knowing what is covered and what is not.
- At the consultation, we take a 3D scan and panoramic X-ray, Dr. Rabinovich examines your case, and we recommend a treatment plan.
- We quote a fixed total. Not a range. The number you hear at the consultation is the total fee for treatment from start to finish. No surprise add-ons for adjustment visits, retainers, or routine care during treatment.
- We offer no-interest monthly payment plans. No credit application. No third-party financing company. We split the total cost into monthly payments stretched across the treatment timeline (typically 18 to 30 months).
- Insurance benefits(where applicable) are applied first; you only pay the difference. We accept HSA and FSA payments where available.
The consultation itself is free. You can take the information home and decide later. There is no pressure to start that day.
